Clear booking and treatment information

Please review these before your appointment so everything stays simple, smooth and transparent.

Appointments

  • A £20 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
  • Booking fees are deducted from the final treatment cost.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Booking fees may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given.
  • Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Late arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may forfeit their booking fee.

Age requirements

  • Clients must be aged 18 years or over.
  • Valid ID may be requested where necessary.

Consultation & consent

  • All clients must complete a consultation form, medical history questionnaire and consent form prior to treatment.
  • The Whitening Lounge reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.

Results

  • Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Individual lifestyle habits, existing tooth shade and oral health may affect final results.

Aftercare

  • Clients should avoid staining foods and drinks for 24–48 hours following treatment.
  • Full aftercare instructions will be provided after each appointment.

Referrals

  • Refer a friend and both clients will receive £10 off when attending the same appointment.

Payments

  • Payment is due in full on the day of treatment.
  • Cash, card and bank transfer accepted.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Booking fees are deducted from your treatment cost.
